Does my use of the site mean I agree to the terms?
Yes, your use of the site or requesting any service means your full agreement to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Do the works produced within the service become the property of the client?
Yes, the client can use all the produced works for their marketing and media purposes once they have been delivered.
Does Saudi Arabia Business Interaction retain any rights after delivery?
Yes, the platform retains the original intellectual property rights and has the right to archive or display the work unless the client requests otherwise.
Is the platform allowed to use the works in the portfolio?
Yes, the platform may display works within portfolios and profiles, unless the client requests that they not be used.
What if the client refuses to have their work used in the portfolio?
His request will be respected immediately, and the works will not be displayed on any platform or in any marketing material.
Can the client sell or redistribute the work?
No, the sale or redistribution of the works to a third party is prohibited unless written approval is obtained from Saudi Arabia Business Interaction.
Who owns the original files (RAW/PSD/AI/Project Files)?
It remains the property of Saudi Arabia Interaction – Business, and can be provided to the customer upon request for an additional fee if necessary.
Does the material provided by the customer remain his/her property?
Yes, all materials (images, videos, logos, texts) sent by the client remain their property and are not used in any other project.
What are the limits of your responsibility?
We are not responsible for financial losses, misuse of content, or technical failures beyond our control.
Can the terms be modified?
Yes, and the update becomes effective as soon as it is published on the website.
