Tafaaul Saudi Arabia took over the responsibility of managing the Facebook page in the languages “English – Filipino – Urdu” for the General Organization for Social Insurance, and the scope of work was as follows:
The challenge:
Raising awareness among non-Saudi workers about the occupational hazards and safety system, and the compensation due in the event of work injuries, especially with regard to the accuracy of salaries and entitlements.
Strategy:
- Developing innovative interactive strategies for managing a Facebook page, focusing on continuous and ongoing communication.
- Using infographics to represent different characters that reflect the target groups.
- Designing materials in multiple languages to facilitate understanding for the target groups: “English – Filipino – Urdu”.
Implementation and results:
- Creating characters that reflect the diversity of the target audience, and make it easier for them to understand the system.
- Industry Over 700 Design an infographic to explain legal concepts and rights.
- Produce Over 100 Awareness video.
- Implementation of More than 18 sessions live feed.
- There was a great response from non-Saudi workers, and it was easier to determine the entitlements of foreign workers.
Achievement:
Achieving an annual increase of more than 25% in the percentage of entitlements determined for foreign workers and beneficiaries.
